The example of retro games is used to explain which concepts and techniques can be used to gain insight into the inner workings of the technology around us. A concrete example is used to show a general concept, which is then valid for both software and hardware.

To follow the examples a laptop with any operating system is necessary. If no own one can be brought, one can be provided. Please indicate in the form if necessary.
